Paying for Treatment

Insurance

We are primarily a fee for service practice, which means we can provide our patients with access to the quality care they need, without being restricted by dental insurance. However, for patients with PPO insurance plans, we will gladly submit claims on your behalf as a courtesy as an out-of-network provider. We are also in-network with:
